Courtney is the Senior Director of Operations at Anesthesia Resources, bringing over a decade of expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management and operational leadership. Since joining the company in 2013, she has advanced through multiple roles, gaining deep experience in billing operations, client onboarding, and team development.

In her current role, Courtney oversees operations for 14 clients across 42 facilities, managing the full revenue cycle, from charge capture and coding compliance to denial management and customer service. She monitors performance metrics and collaborates with clients to enhance financial outcomes through strategic planning and process optimization.

Courtney is recognized for driving innovation and efficiency. She led the implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline claim status retrieval and introduced productivity tracking software to optimize workflows and monitor team performance.

As a key contributor to the company’s growth, Courtney has successfully led over a dozen practice implementations, managing onboarding, system setup, training, and go-live support. She has also transitioned clients from paper-based systems to electronic charge capture and automated demographic imports, ensuring seamless integration with EHR/EMR systems and improving billing accuracy and speed.

Courtney plays an active role in both internal and client-facing initiatives, leading monthly and year-end reviews and offering strategic insights to improve financial health.
