Today, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer, bringing over four decades of expertise to the organization. With 41 years of experience spanning cost accounting, data analytics, financial analysis, business unit start-up and re-engineering, information systems implementation, process improvement, budgeting, project management, and performance improvement, James has made a lasting impact across a variety of healthcare environments.

His passion lies in transforming complex financial data into meaningful insights. James works closely with clients to design customized, actionable reporting tools that allow them to assess profitability by facility or facility group. These tools empower clients to make informed decisions about staffing and resource allocation, ultimately helping them optimize operational efficiency and maximize return on investment. His work has also been instrumental in helping clients justify stipend support, ensuring adequate coverage while maintaining compliance and high standards of care.

James is a proud member of several prestigious honor societies, including Beta Gamma Sigma (Business), Tau Beta Pi (Engineering), and Sigma Xi (Scientific Research), reflecting his commitment to excellence across disciplines. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Princeton University in 1984 and later completed his MBA through the Executive Program at Georgia State University in 1997.
