Her attention to detail and strong grasp of billing processes quickly led to her promotion as an Account Manager, where she successfully managed both Anesthesia and Pain Management accounts.
In 2014, Joy advanced to the role of Operations Manager, where she played a key role in optimizing workflows and improving operational efficiency. Her leadership and deep system knowledge earned her a promotion in 2020 to Director of System Support and Auditing, a position in which she continues to make a significant impact.
Joy has been instrumental in the development and implementation of internal systems, including leading the transition from legacy platforms to more advanced solutions. She is deeply involved in system configuration for each client, ensuring that technology aligns with their unique needs and supports long-term success.
In her current role, Joy also supports the auditing team by ensuring that coding practices comply with all relevant regulations, payer guidelines, and industry standards. Her ability to design and implement customized workflows has helped clients achieve greater efficiency and improved outcomes.
