Meagan began her journey with Anesthesia Resources in 2020, initially joining the billing department where she quickly demonstrated her strong organizational skills and attention to detail. In 2022, she transitioned into Human Resources, bringing with her a rich background in administration and restaurant general management, experience that laid a solid foundation for her success in HR leadership.

Now serving as the Director of Human Resources, Meagan plays a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at Anesthesia Resources. She leads key initiatives across talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and organizational culture. Her contributions have been instrumental in several major milestones, including facilitating the company’s relocation, revamping the employee handbook to reflect evolving workplace standards, launching a dynamic employee rewards program, and enhancing the overall benefits package to better support staff well-being.

Meagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Education from Samford University. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is currently pursuing her SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential to further deepen her expertise.
